To all fellow Americans in Europe,
I have been with the military and was stationed in Grafenwohr/Germany for several years. I have been extremely content with a German plastic surgeon who trained for 2 years as a craniofacial surgeon in Dallas. He fixed my nose through a closed rhinoplasty approach after it had been operated on poorly by 2 "specialists" from the US (CA, NY). He had to use septal cartilage from what I know to make the dorsum smoothly contoured.
Dr. Michael A. Kremer, MD, of Munich is extremely kind and even though he is pretty busy answers all emails by himself.
