I had my nose done a few months ago after years of searching and contemplating! I lost count of how many surgeons I went to. I saw lots of Plastic surgeons and Facial Plastic surgeons in Washington D.C. and Chevy Chase Maryland and Northern virginia. Luckily the consults were all free otherwise it would have cost so much. The only surgeon who took his time and explained things like a teacher was Dr. Naderi. He was also the only one who did the digital imaging so I could see myself with the new nose before going under the knife. His cost was the highest out of everyone I saw but I decided he was to be my surgeon. The surgery and the recovery went smooth. The 2nd and 3rd days were the worst but even that wasn't bad compared to my Breast Augmentation which I had done a year earlier in Washington D.C.. I love my new nose and my new face and although my dad was very against me having a nose job (my mom was semi supportive and my sisters were very excited for me). My dad now also agrees that his "little princess" looks so much better than even before! My boy friend urged me to get the boobs done first but if I had to do it all over again, I would have done the nose first! Its made a huge difference in me, my self confidence and my life.
