I had 3 kids and was looking quite like the cover of National Geographic. My Mom took me to her Plastic Surgeon. His name is Dr. Charles Gruenwald in Baton Rouge, La. He made my breasts from a 32b to a 40d. One ended up hanging 4 inches lower than the other and a different size. We went back to him so he said he was going to correct the problem with the one breast. WHen I saw myself after the second surgery, he had done a complete breast reconstruction on both. There are saucer sized pits where the areolas used to be, he downsized them horribly, and I have NO feeling in either breast now. He disfigured me for life. What is worse, is a week after surgery, Mento implants released a Recall on the implants used by the Dr. on me. When I called the Dr. his nurse swore that at the last minute, the Dr. decided to implant a different brand implant. They lie and get away with it and I am walking around with ticking time bombs in my chest, while he is on yet another shopping spree or trip to Europe.
